Consultant Radiologist

Dr Andrew Carne is a Consultant Radiologist specialising in musculoskeletal imaging and image-guided treatments for joint, tendon and soft-tissue conditions. He has a particular interest in ultrasound-guided procedures, including injections and minimally invasive therapies such as radiofrequency ablation for Morton’s neuroma.

Andrew aims to make imaging and treatment as comfortable and clear as possible for every patient, taking time to explain findings and next steps in plain language. He works closely with referring clinicians, physiotherapists and surgeons to ensure investigations and treatments are carefully tailored to each person’s needs.

With many years’ experience in diagnostic and interventional radiology across the NHS and private practice, Andrew combines advanced imaging expertise with a practical, patient-centred approach focused on restoring movement and reducing pain.

Andrew holds senior management roles within the NHS with a passion for digital improvement.
