Appointments
Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person. When booking an appointment, you agree to provide accurate personal and medical information to ensure safe and effective treatment.
RB Physiotherapy reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments if necessary. Patients will be notified as soon as possible.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged at 100%of the appointment fee. Full refund will be provided for cancellation with more than 24 hours notice.
Missed appointments without notice may be charged 100% of the appointment fee.
This policy helps ensure appointment availability for other patients.
Payments
Payment is required at the time of treatment, unless otherwise agreed.

RB Physiotherapy reserves the right to update pricing at any time.
Treatment Consent

Late Arrivals
