I’m an Independent Prescriber and Physiotherapist with specialist training in Diagnostic Musculoskeletal (MSK) Ultrasound and Ultrasound-Guided Injection Therapy. This means I can both assess and treat a wide range of muscle, joint, and tendon problems, from diagnosis through to recovery — using the latest evidence-based techniques.

Using diagnostic ultrasound, I can accurately identify the cause of your pain or dysfunction and, when appropriate, provide ultrasound-guided injections such as steroid, hyaluronic acid, prolotherapy, or barbotage to target the affected area with precision.

With a background in sports physiotherapy, I’m passionate about helping people stay active, recover from injury, and perform at their best. My approach focuses on finding the root cause of your problem, not just treating the symptoms — and giving you the tools and knowledge to help prevent future issues.

I combine a range of techniques, including manual therapy, acupuncture, and tailored rehabilitation programmes, to support your recovery and overall wellbeing.
